Rio Vista Center and Casa de Amor are part of the Community Resource Centers ministry of Arizona Baptist Children’s Services & Family Ministries (ABCS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As two Community Resource Center hubs, they respond compassionately to the needs of the Phoenix Valley’s less fortunate through a variety of programs.
